The Italian RAL certified Varisan brand, owned by family company Cizeta Medicali S.p.A was first launched in 1971.  The company itself has been in business since 1872, producing the first elastic stockings in 1936.

Each batch of stockings manufactured is tested to ensure it complies with key international quality standards for compression wear.  Product quality is the key to its success on an international scale. Continual research is carried out to find new solutions to venous insufficiency therapy and the treatment of lymphatic problems, through innovative products certified by approved international institutes and supported by prestigious business tradition.
