At Quintro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

General Returns
We offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned unused, in its original packaging and purchase condition, including all accessories. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method only.

Hygiene Policy
Due to hygiene regulations, Quintro is unable to accept returns on products that come into contact with the body.  This includes but is not limited to: compression wear, braces and supports, continence products and cushions. 

Wrong Item Ordered / Change of Mind
If you ordered the wrong product or have changed your mind, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original resaleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Arrange a Return
Before returning any item, please contact our support team for prior approval via the Contact page. Include the following:

• Your name and contact details
• Order number and date of purchase
• Item description and reason for return
• Whether you'd like a refund or exchange
  
  

Please note: This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Returns are only available for products delivered within Australia.
