Same-Day Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders the same business day when placed before midday, provided your items are is in stock.

Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or public holidays will typically be dispatched the next business day.

Shipping Partners

We use a trusted network of carriers including:

  • Australia Post for smaller parcels
  • Direct Freight (or occasionally TNT or StarTrack) for larger or bulky items

Our team compares shipping options using our heavily negotiated discounted rates and will choose the most cost-effective carrier for your order.

If you have a preferred carrier or would like us to ship using your own freight account, simply let us know when placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


Tracking Details

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be emailed out with your invoice.

 

Authority to Leave

Where available, shipments may be left in a safe place if no one is available to receive them. If you require a signature on delivery, please add to the delivery instructions.

 

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Additional charges may apply for returned shipments or redelivery caused by incorrect address details.
